If the water around comes around the outside of the framework, there is a band that you at Home Depot, which used, in order to seal seams on metal roofs. It is a good job the ingress of water. Leave it 1 / 2 and 1 / 2 in the lining and the window sill.
This tape is in the corridor of the supply of roofing.

Caulk to the top of the window to help you, you can actually see the rain on the windows, cheap, or you can make your own with thin sheets of metal and comes in various widths, simply unscrew the screws on the top of the window and cut the metal to adjust the window size and with 3 inches to hang over the ends.screw in and around finish.Works Top putty ideal for doors.
