What would you rather have a, the more upscale, with nice decor, good music from 25 to 40 crowd, a wine bar and a regular bar, cafe, snacks,
Or
More concentration on 18-29 scenery and music, with the only regular bar and a contemporary setting?
The size is relatively low, from 100 to 150 people. What do you see? If location is important that in Lakeland, FL will be. We have several universities.
